Buyer’s Syndicate

Buyers are encouraged to gather friends and colleagues, pool funds and share the excitement of the Auction.  Purchases can easily be shared or become the centerpiece for a charity event or company picnic.

Auction Information

Buyers will receive information regarding meat processing details from the cashier.  The Governor’s Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction Committee members are available to answer any questions regarding processing. Buyers will be giving a receipt and are asked to check in at the Cashier’s Table to make arrangements for payment.  Payment for purchases is due within 30 days of the auction.

The Auction Committee retains a percentage of the proceeds from each sale. The funds retained support Wisconsin Youth through Auction and Wisconsin Livestock Breeder Association scholarships, Premier Exhibitor Awards, Reserve Champion Market Animal awards, and cover administrative and event costs.

Auction Buyers may designate a charity of their choice to receive the market value or meat of the animal(s) purchased.  Donations will be announced at the time of purchase and noted on Camp Of Champions signage.

As a convenience to Auction Buyers, The Governor’s Blue Ribbon Livestock Auction Committee has invited three local non-profit organizations to be  represented at the Auction available to assist buyers with donations.
